Our home visit includes:

• Plant health assessment (checking for pests, care routine, etc.)
• Basic pruning and leaf cleaning
• Recommendations and advice (moving plants to more/less light, watering schedule, etc.)
• Up to one hour for repotting services (fee structure listed below)

Once we assess your plants in person, we may advise against repotting, splitting, etc. if we don’t feel it’s the right time for the health of your plant.

Home Visit Fee Structure

We require a deposit of $100 (which is our minimum charge for home visits) to be paid in advance of our visit. Our (base) visit fee is $75 and the remainder of your deposit will be put towards services rendered. Once you book we will manually create and send you an invoice for this deposit. After our visit we will invoice for additional services (beyond your $25 services credit), all materials, and any additional time, as follows:

• $20 per XL plant or cactus
• $20 per large plant (12" to 14")
• $5 - $15 for small (2" to 6") and medium plants (8" to 10")
• $5 - $15 for pest treatments (depending on size)
• $10 to stake, prune, or split a plant
• Additional time is pro-rated @ 50/hr

Materials are charged at the same rate as they sold In-Store. Soil (Tropical, Cactus, and Potting Mix is $8 per 5L bag), plastic nursery pots range from $2 for our smallest grow pots to $20 for a 15 gallon grow pot. Plant Care price break-downs can be found at our online shop. We bring all necessary materials with us and it is not necessary to purchase anything before our visit.
