Our exchange policy.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on plants — sorry, no exceptions to this policy! We care deeply about providing the best quality product for our customers and cannot guarantee a plant's health once it leaves our care. Non-living items in new condition can be exchanged for another item or store credit within 7 days of purchase for another item or for store-credit.  

Yes, we deliver!

We do not ship our products. We provide local delivery to Toronto residents and some areas of the GTA. We try our best to accommodate customers who need plants delivered and often provide next day service. We deliver within the Greater Toronto Area, Scarborough, Peel, Halton Region, York, and beyond. Rates start at $15 and the fee will be based on your postal code. If you need delivery to exchange an item after you've received it, a second delivery fee will apply.
